We need to never feel condemned, sentenced, punished, or criticized. We have a free life through the Spirit.

“It follows that there is now no condemnation for those who are united with Christ Jesus. In Christ, the life-giving law of the Spirit has set you free from the law of sin and death.” Romans 8:1 (REV)
